Guidelines for Paying Respect at the Royal Cremation of Her Majesty the Queen Mother, Opening from 8:00 AM with Grand Palace Temple Tour Routes

The Bureau of the Royal Household announces the routes for paying respect at the Royal Cremation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, at Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall within the Grand Palace, and visitor walking routes for tourists, effective from 9 November 2025 onwards.
The Bureau of the Royal Household has set the schedule and routes for paying respect at the Royal Cremation, as well as walking routes for tourists visiting the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, as follows.
- Paying respect at the Royal Cremation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, at Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall within the Grand Palace.
- Open daily from 08:00 to 21:00 for paying respects.
- Visitors must pass a screening point and queue within the tunnel corridor under the road in front of Phra Lan.
- Enter through Maneenopparat Gate and follow the route designated by the Bureau of the Royal Household.
- Please dress respectfully in mourning attire; gentlemen are asked not to wear jeans, and ladies should wear skirts or traditional cloth wraps only.
- Visiting routes for tourists at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
- Tourist visits are open as usual from 9 November 2025 onwards, from 08:30 to 15:30.
- Enter through Maneenopparat Gate and pass through security screening measures.
- Visiting Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall is not permitted.
- Tourists should exit via Chakri Chan Road through Piman Chai Sri Gate, turn left in front of the Phra Ratchathan Phipat Building to visit the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, and then exit the Grand Palace through Wiman Thewet Gate.
