On the morning of 11 Dec 2025 GMT+7, reporters learned that the Aranyaprathet Task Force under Eastern Force conducted a proactive operation to detain "Je Lad," or Mrs. Thongladkanha, the ex-wife of Kamnan Lee, in Khok Sung District, Sa Kaeo Province. She is suspected of covertly sending information about Thai movements to Cambodian authorities during ongoing tense border situations.
Officials searched and confiscated her mobile phone, believed to be the main device used to transmit information. It will be handed over to security agencies for in-depth data examination, including evidence of contacts that may link to foreign networks.
Reports state that during the arrest, Je Lad did not resist and was immediately taken for investigation by security agencies. Initial inquiries are underway into her motives, associated networks, and any potential harm to Thailand's security.
