70-Year-Old Grandmother Wins 12 Million Baht Lottery, Plans to Share with Children and Grandchildren for Life Investments

Kamphaeng Phet – A 70-year-old grandmother was lucky enough to win the first prize, receiving a full 12 million baht. She revealed that she bought the lottery tickets from her daughter's stall and plans to save the money for her old age and share it with her children and grandchildren for life investments.

On 2 November 2025 in Kamphaeng Phet Province, reporters reported that following the government lottery draw on 1 Nov 2025, the winning first prize number 345898 had a winner. The fortunate winner was Mrs. Samran Srimuang, 70 years old, a laborer living in Village No. 3 (Ban Khao Prik), Wang Hamrae Subdistrict, Khanu Woralaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province, who held two winning tickets worth 12 million baht.

She provided information that she had bought these two government lottery tickets from her daughter's stall. She has struggled greatly, working various labor jobs to make a living. She said she was very happy to have luck winning a big prize for the first time in her life. At present, she has not yet claimed the prize but plans to go to the Government Lottery Office in Bangkok with her daughter tomorrow (3 Nov 2025). Initially, she registered the win at Khanu Woralaksaburi Police Station in Kamphaeng Phet. Neighbors and close relatives expressed their congratulations and joy upon hearing the news.

She said she would keep this money to use in her old age and share it with her children and grandchildren to invest in their lives. Afterwards, she intends to make merit and engage in charitable acts.
